This Compilation contains the practise of the Security Council in relation to the ICC since the adoption of the Rome Statute in 1998. It refers to the decisions and actions of the Council and other actors, and to the information available to decision-makers with respect to situations where genocide, crimes against humanity or war crimes have been allegedly committed. This document does not purport to provide comprehensive contextual or analytical information about specific situations.
