The Republic of Moldova has partially implemented the substantial provisions of the Rome Statute and its amendments via the Criminal Code No. 985/2002. The Code also includes all general principles under the Rome Statute, except for the Irrelevance of Official Capacity (art. 27). There are no domestic provisions concerning cooperation with the ICC.
