According to Hon. Dr. Suzi Barbosa:

For the first time, our country, Guinea-Bissau, submitted the report on resolution 1540, thanks to the support of the Director General for Foreign Policy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the commitment of the Members of the Popular National Assembly Specialized Committee for Foreign Policy, of which I am a member - Because when there is good will and commitment, everything is achieved!
