The Criminal Code of the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines only typifies the crime of genocide. The Code doesn’t criminalize crimes against humanity, war crimes, or the crime of aggression. However, it could be considered that Saint Vincent and the Grenadines criminalize war crimes through the Act to supplement the Geneva Convention Act 1957 of the United Kingdom, as extended to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines by the Geneva Conventions Act (Colonial Territories) Order in Council of 1959.
There is no reference to the general principles under the Rome Statute. Nonetheless, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines is a party to the Convention on the Non-Applicability of Statutory Limitations to War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity. There is no provision or law on cooperation with the International Criminal Court.
