Poland has partially implemented the substantial provisions of the Rome Statute via the Penal Code (Act of 6 June 1997). The Penal Code only refers to the principle of Non-applicability of Statute of Limitations (art.105), while the Code of Criminal Procedure incorporates a provision on immunities in criminal cases in international relations (art. 578).
