The Hellenic Law No. 3948/2011 on the adaptation of internal law to the provisions of the ICC Statute, adopted by Law 3003/2002 (A’75), partially implements the substantial provisions of the core crimes under Rome Statute. There are few underlying acts under war crimes and crimes against humanity that have been omitted. Law No. 3948/2011 contains a reference to the general principles under the Rome Statute (i.e., Arts 3, 5, and 6) and includes domestic provisions concerning cooperation with the ICC. |
