Cyprus has adopted full implementing legislation of all core crimes under Art. 5 of the Rome Statute via the Law Amending the Rome Statute for the Establishment of the International Criminal Court (Ratification) 2006. However, there is no reference to any of the principles under the Rome Statute and there are no domestic provisions concerning cooperation with the ICC. |
