Juan Félix Bogado Tatter, PGA Member, made a very powerful statement reiterating his country’s commitment to the fight against impunity for the most serious crimes of international. Additionally, Dip. Bogado urged the Senate to adopt the Draft Implementing Legislation of the Rome Statute into the domestic legal system. This step would strengthen Paraguay’s legal system, while universally protecting the most vulnerable.
