On 18 April 2016, PGA’s Board Member & National Group Chair in Costa Rica, respectively Lic. Ronny Monge Salas, MP and Dr. Marvin Atencio, MP sent a parliamentary question addressed to the Minister of Foreign Affairs inquiring about the status of Implementation of the Biological Weapons Convention.
