PGA was pleased to be informed recently that the Parliament of Fiji has now unanimously endorsed accession to the Budapest Convention on Cybercrime.
Both Hon. Member of Parliament and Assistant Minister for Foreign Affairs of Fiji, Lenora Qereqeretabua and Hon. Premila Kumar, cited at length in this article, participated extensively in PGA's Regional Pacific Islands Parliamentary Workshop to Promote Accession to the Budapest Convention on Cybercrime, held in Nadi, Fiji from 6-7 May, 2024, kindly supported by The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of The Netherlands.
