"Je suis très heureux que l'Assemblée Nationale de Côte d'Ivoire a voté le 26 novembre, 2014 à l'approbation d'un projet de loi pour autoriser le President de Côte d'Ivoire à ratifier le Traité sur le Commerce des Armes.

"En tant que membre de la PGA qui a travaillé en étroite collaboration avec le bureaux de la PGA à New York et a La Haye, je suis confident que le gouvernement va maintenant déposer l'Instrument de Ratification avant son entrée en vigueur le 24 Décembre 2014."
